Aromatherapy Massage

An aromatherapy massage can be one of the most effective ways to treat an ailment of stress, or physical pain. In an aromatherapy massage, I’ll ask questions that will help us pick the best possible oils for your needs. Once the oils are picked, you will sample the scent to make sure that it is just right for you. The essential oils will be mixed with a base, “carrier” oil such as jojoba or coconut.

The massage part of this treatment can be more wellness/relaxation focused or it could be more of a deep tissue type treatment. It depends largely on what it is that we are treating and to what your body responds best.
